Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires two years of reading and interpreting architectural/engineering plans, blueprints, site plans, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Examine plans and specifications for code compliance across residential and commercial installations.
• Advise architects, designers, contractors, and owners on code requirements and interpret regulations.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports with knowledge of codes and ordinances enforced by the County.
• Prepare department documents requiring data research, analysis, and summarization.
