Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Purchasing Administrator in the Atlanta area to oversee the building permit process for all assigned communities. You will coordinate vendor contracts, construction documentation, and purchase orders with LGI Homes’ trade partners.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred and training opportunities are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of homebuilding and construction systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building permit process for all assigned communities.

• Coordinate department training sessions and attend turnover meetings for new projects.
