  • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team
  • Conduct client visits for complex or escalated projects
  • Administer and enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards
  • Oversee issuance of building permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports
  • Interpret complex codes and provide guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners
  • Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works for coordinated enforcement
  • Manage appeals, code updates, and ordinance revisions
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inspections, permitting, and code compliance
