Job summary

ERIE MATERIALS is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Pennsylvania to support the distribution of roofing and siding products to builders and contractors. You will operate materials handling equipment, read orders, and prepare deliveries.

The role demands lifting up to 100 pounds, forklift/Moffett experience preferred, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Forklift or Moffett experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Basic reading/writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment to transport and pick up building materials at designated warehouse locations.
• Read work orders/invoices to determine product needs for customer pickup or delivery.
• Lift and carry building materials up to 100 pounds.
• Operate forklift to load a customer’s vehicle and move stock.
• Keep warehouse area clean and organized, including floors and parking areas.
• Provide personalized customer service in person and by phone.
• Communicate with managers, other employees and customers.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
