Job summary

Sunpro in Nampa, ID is seeking a Building Materials Associate to provide administrative support at the site, serve as the first contact for vendors and customers, and offer design and project assistance to clientele.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to interior design/construction concepts. This is an hourly position reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background in interior design or construction is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Manage incoming calls and information requests professionally.
• Assist in operational and sales activities.
• Greet and assess customer needs to direct traffic.
• Engage customers, vendors and associates in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process basic customer orders/quotes and other transactions.
• Assist customers in problem resolution and provide design support.
• Organize and distribute mail and maintain supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks including license maintenance and reports.
• Ensure policies and safety procedures are followed.
