In this part-time role, you will assist with locating merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and support store operations across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
