Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within the building materials industry.
• Ability to create accurate material estimates and quotes.
• Must be able to read blueprints and provide material take-off lists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers.
• Manage jobs after they are sold, visiting job sites as necessary.
• Collect and keep up to date information about customers’ product use.

Skills

Sales experience

Knowledge of home building basics

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to work independently
