Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is a leading distributor of drywall and related building materials. The Inside Sales Associate role focuses on assisting customers from greeting to finalized sales, with expertise in product features and benefits.

Responsibilities include developing client solutions, building relationships, coordinating deliveries, and supporting merchandising and sales strategy to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with interior building products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they purchase interior building products.
• Develop solutions tailored to customer needs and discuss product benefits.
• Establish rapport with customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure timely service to customers.
• Answer calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Assist in merchandising, sales planning, and stock management.
