• Coordinate with sales, delivery, yard, and production teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Fort Collins location.
