Job summary

This position independently performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair work as a regular and continuing work assignment; may supervise one or more building maintenance helpers or other helpers assisting in the work; and performs other related duties as assigned.

To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Legal Authorization to Work Requirement: The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
  • Experience and Training: FOUR (4) YEARS of work experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
