Job Responsibilities:

• Work on installation of HVAC systems in large residential homes and very light commercial facilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals.
• Understand the layout of duct work systems and equipment; read blueprints.
• Understand and install / work on replacement HVAC systems.
• Attend team meetings as needed.

Requirements :

• Must have current Connecticut D or S trade license.
• Detailed-oriented team player.
• Critical thinking skills and good decision-making ability.

Eligibility Requirements :

• Employment / education will be verified.
• This position requires a valid driver's license.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.
• Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.

• Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Able to walk on uneven surfaces.
• Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
