St. Paul's is looking for a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our community safe, comfortable, and looking its best. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance, construction, apartment maintenance, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or handyman experience who enjoys variety and wants to work in an environment where their work makes a difference every day. You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable tackling a variety of maintenance tasks. As a Building Maintenance Technician, no two days will be exactly the same. You’ll help maintain our building and respond to the everyday maintenance needs of our residents and staff.
High school diploma or GED HVAC Certification preferred but not required Previous maintenance or related hands‑on experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanical repairs is helpful.
