Job summary

Building Maintenance Management (BMM) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Golden Valley, MN. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks across multiple properties, delivering high-quality work with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication and customer service mindset.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Special Boiler’s License preferred.

Schedule & Location

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• No on-call rotation*
• Properties located throughout the Twin Cities
• Office based in Golden Valley, MN

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$27 per hour, based on experience

Interview Process

• Phone Interview (10 Minutes)
• Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams (45 Minutes)
• In-person meet-and-greet with the Hiring Manager (30 Minutes)
