Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection of buildings, apartments, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and safely within established timeframes.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Support room setups, furniture moves, and special events.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inspections.
• Utilize maintenance software and electronic work-order systems.
