Compass Group USA is hiring a Building Maintenance Worker for a full-time on-site role at The Holdsworth Maintenance in Austin, TX. • Previous building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day upkeep and smooth operation of the building and campus.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Maintains heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Cleans and restores interiors damaged by fire, smoke or water using cleaning equipment.
• Monitors building security and safety by locking doors and checking equipment.
