Ketch-Kansas-Elks-Training-Center-For-the-Handicapped is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for full-time duties in Wichita, KS. The role involves upkeep and repairs across buildings, facilities and residential properties, with a standard 8a-4:30p schedule and rotating on-call obligations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proven maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Verifiable maintenance work experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and light shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and repairs to KETCH buildings, facilities, residential homes and properties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during shifts.
• Work a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating on-call hours during evenings and weekends.

Requirements for Maintenance Technicians:

• High school diploma/GED, or three consecutive years of work experience as a maintenance technician

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of own body weight
