KETCH in Wichita, KS, is hiring a Building Maintenance technician for a full-time position. The role focuses on upkeep and repairs across company buildings, facilities, and properties. Typical hours are 10:00 AM–6:30 PM with rotating on-call duties evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or three consecutive years of maintenance work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Verifiable maintenance work experience.
• General maintenance knowledge and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of body weight.
• Experience in building maintenance is beneficial (various related tasks).
• Reference checks, background checks, and drug screens will be completed on all new employees.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and repair KETCH buildings, facilities, residential homes and properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday 10:00–6:30 with rotating on-call hours during evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and use tools and equipment properly.
