Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and ability to diagnose and perform repairs independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general building issues.
• Inspect buildings for safety hazards and perform maintenance to ensure safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with external contractors when needed.
• Maintain tools and inventory and document maintenance and repairs.
