Pinch A Penny Sun Wholesale in Clearwater is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in our facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Florida driver's license.

• Able to inspect and evaluate all aspects of the buildings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
• Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
• Provide upkeep and maintain a safe working environment by performing general repairs of doors, walls, fixtures, etc.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance including replacement or repair of fixtures.
• Prepare surfaces and paints various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts.
