Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Snoqualmie, WA to perform routine maintenance and repair on building systems, troubleshoot equipment, and support general upkeep. You will coordinate with contractors, maintain logs, and ensure safety standards are met.

No direct experience is required for this role. This temporary position offers a path to permanent employment after 3 months, with exposure to commercial and facility operations.

Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running smoothly and safely. In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs on building systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You'll also help with general building upkeep, work with outside contractors when needed, and respond to day-to-day maintenance requests.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining a safe and efficient facility. This will start as a temporary position and have possibility for conversion to permanent employment after 3 months. No direct experience is needed for this role.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
• Experience with maintenance tracking software (CMMS)
• Multi-trade experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
