FirstService Residential is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ to partner with the Building Engineer and maintenance team to keep the building livable, safe, and compliant through inspections and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical, electrical, and safety systems; pool upkeep; routine inspections; and proper log keeping.
You should be able to work independently or with a team, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties across weather
As the Building Maintenance Technician, you will partner with the Building Engineer and maintenance team to ensure the building and facility is livable, safe and compliant by performing regular inspections, preventive, routine maintenance and repairs.
$18-21 + per hour, depending on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
