Job summary

360care is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily operations of building maintenance, ensuring equipment, offices, and common areas remain in proper condition.

The role requires 2–4 years related experience or equivalent, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety codes, and the ability to manage priorities, read blueprints, and respond to emergencies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.
• Understanding of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong interpersonal
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects equipment, buildings and property; oversees maintenance of property including offices, public areas, and equipment through preventive maintenance program.
• Troubleshoots maintenance issues prior to contacting vendors/contractors.
• Ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to specifications.
• Oversees tenant improvements and special projects (reading blueprints, staging).
• Oversees maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electric systems.
• Positive and prompt response to work order requests from building occupants.
• Support Business Manager in selecting contracted services and monitoring vendor performance.
• Monitors and maintains inventory levels and purchases supplies within budget.
• Ensures fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected; ensures safety compliance.
• Manage department expenses within approved budget.
• Respond to after hour emergencies.

Responsibilities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
