Ymp-Real-Estate-Management-2 is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day operations and preserve the physical assets of our properties in Birmingham, AL. You will respond to tenant requests promptly, complete service requests within 48 hours, and perform routine upkeep on HVAC and building systems while upholding safety and compliance standards.
You will also assist with cleaning, common area maintenance, and on-site repairs as needed.
Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Management staff.
