Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Description:

We're looking for a dependable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician who's not afraid to get dirty and is willing to learn. No experience? No problem – if you've got the right attitude, we'll train you!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with general building repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
2. Help maintain HVAC, lighting, and other systems
3. Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
4. Keep workspaces clean and safe
5. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

1. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
