Job summary

Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside, CA is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. This role offers hands-on work across maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks within a fast-paced resort environment.

You'll log work orders, assist in equipment installations, perform cleaning and painting, and help ensure safe, well-maintained facilities. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting
• Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects
• Install and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials
• Install and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks

Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course, located in Seaside, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensaton: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections
