Job summary

Breezy Point Resort is hiring for a full-time, year-round Building Maintenance role in Breezy Point, MN. The position includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits, plus resort discounts.

Responsibilities include evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, handling maintenance reports, and adhering to safety procedures while coordinating with facilities management. A valid driver's license is required; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• CPO certification is helpful but not required.
• Background screening will be conducted.

• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations.
• Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
• Operate power and hand tools and troubleshoot and repair equipment.

• Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
• Handyman experience is very helpful.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• CPO certified is very helpful but not required.
• This position requires passing a background screening.
