Job summary

Holcomb Bus is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Bellmawr, NJ to handle interior and exterior upkeep across all properties. You will address carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing repairs and routine maintenance tasks daily.

Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to read and follow instructions are essential. Valid driver's license and ability to work in all weather conditions are required.

Job description

Immediate need for a Building Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for responding to all interior and exterior maintenance requests and handling any upkeep of all Holcomb properties. The BMT will perform projects related to carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing repairs pest control and additional building/lot maintenance required on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
