Building maintenance engineer needed for commercial facility. Applicant must be familiar within preventive maintenance, repair procedures, and operational practices for commercial facilities. Drug screen and federal background check required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain work order system.
Manage subcontractors related to repairs and operations.
Perform building walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Issue purchase order and check requests.
Insure compliance with Atlanta City, OSHA, Fire, Life, and Safety regulations.

Education/Experience:
Prior facilities maintenance experience required.
Computer Skills:
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Email.

Schedule:
Primary schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-6:00 pm. Weekends, After-hours, or On-Call shifts may be required as needed.
