Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician 2 to keep our facilities safe, clean, and functional across our service areas. You will perform inspections, handle routine maintenance, and document service requests to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of work experience in facility management.
• A valid Florida Driver’s License and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Assist in the inspection of our buildings and structures to determine any necessary repairs, upkeep, or routine maintenance.
• Complete and document “Service Work Requests” with care in a timely manner.
• Drive to locations across Manatee, Sarasota, and Hardee counties to inspect and service requests.
