Join our team at US Merchant Services LLC as a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA 30152. We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in various areas of maintenance and installation to oversee our building maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they are up to code.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks for new tenants and property maintenance for existing tenants.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Handle pool maintenance and refrigeration tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and repair.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various building systems.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
