  • Surface preparation, drywall patching, and paint application.
  • Safe to use ladders, painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming.
  • Perform paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs.
  • Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during painting projects.
  • Complete assigned preventive maintenance and minor building repairs.
  • Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and general facility upkeep.
  • Respond to work orders and client requests.
  • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Travel between assigned client facilities.
  • Follow all company and site safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
