Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
• Perform and manage preventative maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate projects, proposals, and quality control
• Manage outside contractors for complex repairs
• Handle minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing repairs
• Maintain pool, spa, outdoor areas according to standards and regulations

Success in This Role

• Experience in hotel or building maintenance
• Maintain a CPO certification
• Excellent customer service skills
