Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure guests have an excellent experience at our property.

You will oversee daily maintenance and preventative programs to protect visitors' health and safety and be a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with new people. This role requires hands-on use of maintenance tools and coordination with staff, managers, and department heads.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Operate tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment.
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads.
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks.
• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand.
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly.

Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, a team player, and, above all, someone who enjoys engaging with new people.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required
