Job summary

bet365 is hiring a Building Maintenance Engineer in Denver to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all occupants of a 5-story office building. You will perform hands-on maintenance of building systems and support life safety systems as needed.

Two-person team, 8:00am–4:30pm Monday to Friday with weekly on-call rotation. Must have a Colorado driver’s license and own vehicle, be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. Electrical/mechanical qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly Preventative Maintenance inspections.
• Addressing maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe environment.
• Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance with outside contractors when needed.
• Responding to tenant complaints in safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental areas.
• Completing cleaning duties and minor works, including painting, fixture installs, and damper actuators.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Description

As a Building Maintenance Engineer you will ensure comprehensive building maintenance to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all tenants.

As a member of 2-person team you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining all facilities of a 5-story office building. You will complete hands-on maintenance of building systems for the safe, efficient, and proper operations of space. You will perform minor repairs and helps in the operation, monitoring, and performance of preventative maintenance on building systems to include life safety systems as necessary.

The weekly schedule is 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday with adhoc flexibility for an earlier start for projects and escorting contractros. Must be available for a weekly alternating 24/7 on call expectation.

The pay range for this role is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour plus an on-call allowance.

• Responding to tenant complaints in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and helpdesk ticket system.
• Completing cleaning duties and other minor works including painting, cosmetic repairs, light fixture installations, damper actuators, filter changes, etc.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
