Looking for Building Maintenance Electrician jobs in bryan where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Experience Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Working knowledge of 120V and 230V AC systems, including single-phase and three-phase power.
• Experience with 12V and 24V DC electrical components.
• PLC troubleshooting experience, including Allen-Bradley and GE Fanuc systems.
• Experience with machine wiring, electrical controls, and pneumatics.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining air compressors, generators, and building systems.
• Basic plumbing repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely operate and drive a box truck as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance tools, components, and equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to work safely around electrical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Install, repair, and maintain machine electrical systems and controls.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, generators, and basic plumbing systems as needed.
• Support warehouse operations, including occasional box truck operation and material transport.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.
