Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or elevated platforms

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, addressing issues ranging from minor repairs to preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist senior technicians with larger maintenance projects and system installations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities
• Monitor building operations and report any irregularities or potential problems to supervisors
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools, ensuring proper organization of maintenance areas
• Support janitorial and cleaning operations as needed to maintain facility standards

What your day-to-day will look like

Required qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or elevated platforms

Preferred qualifications

• Technical certification or vocational training in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• OSHA safety training or relevant safety certifications
• Customer service experience in a facilities or hospitality environment

Expected compensation for this position

49,100.00 – 49,100.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
