Building Support

• Assist withgeneralinteriorbuildingmaintenancefor thefacility.
• Perform dailyfacility inspectionsand reporton existing conditions.
• Monitorclientsecuritysystemsand spaceby performing tasks to ensure that hazards are not created. Escalate to the Maintenance Mechanic as necessary.
• Identify lightingor equipmentissues and perform minorrepairs i.e., changing lightbulbsandwaterfilters.
• Support client movesby movingoffice furniture, equipment and other materialsand delivering suppliesas requested.
• Participate in response to emergency situations.

Compliance

• Followpropersafetyprocedureswhenstoring or usingequipmentor hazardous materials.
• Assist with the Operational Compliance Program (OCP), complete technical and safety training as required.
• Contribute to the account KPI's and SLA's.

Administrative Tasks

• Update work order status inticketing system.

• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREDPREFERRED

• Education/training- High school diploma or equivalent

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge and ability to comply with safety standards and procedures.
• The ability to listen, understand and execute on assigned tasks.

Physical work requirements and work conditions

• The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously for extended periods of time.
• The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects that may be 25+ pounds.
• The ability to see and hear details in order to identify and diagnose problems.
