Amcor seeks a maintenance professional to build and sustain our plant’s facilities, equipment and safety systems. You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs and keep ISO-compliant records to support reliable operations.

The role starts with a first shift, full-time schedule and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour, with overtime possible. You will work to keep the facility safe, compliant, and aligned with budget goals.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents.
• Strong basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the PM schedule for all facilities equipment.
• Maintain the PM record database (ISO-compliant).
• Monitor and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure facilities support operational budgets and requirements.

Job Description

Responsible for building and facility maintenance including the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Complete PM schedule for all facilities equipment including:
  
  
  
  • Building structure
  
  
  • AC/ Heating Systems
  
  
  • Cooling tower and chillers
  
  
  • Conveyor / rail system
  
  
  • Outside grounds and parking lot
  
  
  • Fire extinguishers; cranes; eye wash stations and safety equipment
  
  
  
  


• Maintain PM record database as required by ISO system
  
  
  
  • Includes preventive and predictive maintenance
  
  
  
  


• Monitor and complete all work orders in a timely manner


• Maintain all facilities in a manner and enable plant to meet all operational budgets and requirements.

Education And/or Experience

One-year College or university program certificate; or three to six month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with basic mathematical skills.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
