Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Experience operating a variety of equipment including snow blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

• Inspect alarm systems such as carbon monoxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed.
• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
• Work with vendors to complete tasks with vendors.
