Leo Auto Group is hiring Service Technicians with immediate openings for all skill levels across central Indiana. Whether you're early in your career and building your foundation or you\'re a senior diag tech who eats intermittent electrical problems for breakfast, we want to talk.

We run clean shops with proper tooling, OEM scan tools, and a parts department that actually answers the phone. Our service lanes stay busy -- you won\'t be standing around waiting for work orders. We pay flat rate based on your skill set and certifications, and we invest in training because a better technician is better for everyone.

What You\'ll Do

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer vehicles
• Diagnose concerns using OEM-level test plans, scan tools, and proper verification steps
• Handle electrical and drivability diagnostics appropriate to your skill level
• Document findings and repairs clearly and accurately
• Work with service advisors and parts to keep repair flow moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

All Skill Levels

We\'re not just hiring master techs. We hire at every level and develop from within.

• Entry-level / Early-career -- solid mechanical fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the discipline to do the job right from day one
• Mid-level -- consistent productivity with a focus on quality, comfortable with a broad range of repairs
• Advanced / Master -- complex diagnostics, electrical, drivability, and the kind of problems other shops send away

Brand-specific training and ASE certifications are a plus at any level, but strong fundamentals and a good attitude matter more than a wall of plaques.
