Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/residential construction and/or inspections.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Capability to safely perform physical inspections.
• Working knowledge of building codes preferred.
• Previous experience as a municipal inspector is a plus.
• International Code Council certifications preferred.
