Land Use Servicesis seeking a qualified Building Inspector IIIfor the Building and Safety Division to serve as lead workers, overseeing and managing more complex assignments. Building Inspectors III are responsible for enforcing building standards to safeguard public health, safety, and property. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant codes, ordinances, and regulations across building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, energy, and disabled access. Inspections encompass a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including new constructions, renovations, repairs, and completed structures.
