Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Must have at least two ICC certifications and State of Utah Limited Inspector certification.
• Must complete two additional ICC certifications within 12 months of hire (electrical, building, mechanical or plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Ensure compliance with city/state building codes for safety and quality.
• Identify issues and provide constructive feedback to builders and developers.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation and communicate findings clearly.
