Tulsa County is seeking qualified Organization Inspectors to perform on-site structural, mechanical, and plumbing inspections for buildings under construction, repair, or alteration. You will ensure compliance with adopted codes and coordinate with contractors, zoning staff, and property owners while upholding safety standards.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (or an associate degree) and extensive experience in building, plumbing, or construction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints; knowledge of building construction codes.
• Experience in inspection of structural, mechanical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Familiarity with zoning and building permit processes.

Responsibilities
