Aoka LLC is seeking a Building Inspector to oversee construction projects, ensure code compliance, and guide contractors. The role offers flexibility with part-time to full-time hours and a competitive salary of $70,000–$90,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

ICC certifications are required, and growth toward senior roles is encouraged. You'll inspect projects, review documents, coordinate with authorities, and maintain detailed reports while continually learning new

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software.

• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports
