Aoka is seeking a certified ICC Building Inspector in Dallas, TX to oversee construction projects, ensure code compliance, and guide contractors. You will assess plans, conduct site inspections, and help maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports.
• Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
