Duties Summary

Performs a variety of routine manual and semi‑skilled tasks involved in minor building maintenance and repair work, in addition to general grounds keeping work and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK: Person must be citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
Training and Experience: A combination of training and experience substantially equivalent to TWO (2) YEARS of experience in maintenance and minor repair of buildings and general grounds keeping work.
Special Requirements: Some positions require the ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. The immediate vacancies have this requirement.
