Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work with elderly residents with patience and compassion.
• At least 3 years of related maintenance experience and hands-on repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and grounds.
• Evaluate and coordinate renovations or refurbishments as needed.
• Prepare work orders, schedule repairs, and ensure on-time completion.
• Repair household and commercial appliances and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain logs and documentation for systems and work orders.
