Ford & Toyota of Greenfield in Greenfield, MA is seeking a dedicated Building & Facility Maintenance professional to keep our facility safe, efficient, and inviting for customers and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors to keep equipment in top condition. We offer competitive wages and benefits in a locally respected automotive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and general maintenance.
• Snow plowing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
