• Repairs and services laundry and kitchen equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Cleans, maintains, and services hand tools, machines, and work areas daily for safety and efficiency.
• Operates snow removal equipment to clear walks and drives.
• Repairs and maintains hydraulic and mechanical elevators for safe operation.
